Pickled Golden Beets

Featuring Golden beets grown by Mr. Timmy of Montz Pumpkn Farm, these are less earthy and sugary than their red cousins, the flavor tends to more floral.  Being a little less “beet-y” allows their mellow fruit flavor to really shine.

A beautiful addition to any plate, these are a wonderful introduction to this humble root vegetable for the person who says they don’t like beets. Our Garden Beets will soon be your new favorite! Hints of thyme in the brine, packed with onion, garlic, thyme and peppercorns.

Toss in salads or accompany savory or delicate flavors.  Make a beet and onion salad.  Try not to eat too many straight from the jar.  Use the brine in our beets to make an exceptional vinaigrette dressing!
